The cost of your treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. During your visit, we'll discuss with you the cost of your treatment, and each of your available payment plan options, so that you are able to make the best choice for you, your smile, and your family.

Insurance

If you are covered by insurance, as a courtesy, our office will prepare and bill your insurance to collect payment directly from them. We will collect the estimated out-of-pocket portion at the time of service.

Our office staff is happy to assist you in any way possible to ensure you receive the full benefits of your coverage. We will work with your insurance provider and help you understand your insurance benefits. 

Our office is unable to bill medical insurance.
